OTRS SYSADMIN

Since 4 months ago I'm the official administrator of the OTRS system of my actual employer, it's not really the big deal, but It's an important rol.

So in this time I've been learning a lot of things related to OTRS administration, so I want to keep the spirit behid the open source software and i want to share what i known about OTRS.
